On March 9th, popular blogger WangZai Baitong revealed that the Huawei P70 series is set to make its debut in April.
The anticipated Huawei P70 series is expected to comprise three models: Huawei P70, P70 Pro, and P70 Art. The highlight of this release is the captivating rear design, as suggested by leaked phone cases. The P70 series camera module adopts a triangular shape, adding an intriguing visual element to the devices.
In terms of imaging, there are differences in camera specifications between the Huawei P70 standard version and the Art version. The standard version is equipped with the OV50H main camera sensor with 50 million pixels, comparable to the main camera of the Xiaomi 14.
On the other hand, the P70 Art version upgrades to a Sony 1-inch ultra-large bottom sensor with enhanced photosensitivity, specifically the IMX989 model. This enhancement positions it as Huawei's flagship phone with the best imaging capabilities.
Moreover, all main cameras in the Huawei P70 series feature a variable aperture to adapt to various lighting conditions during photography.
Additionally, the P70 series continues to employ the Kirin 9000S processor from the Mate 60 series. This marks Huawei's return to the Kirin 5G platform after the P40 series, and it supports bidirectional satellite communication.
