In a recent announcement by pulsestacks on April 15th, following the earlier upgrade of the P series to the Pura series, Huawei has officially unveiled the Huawei Pura 70 series smartphones. This confirms the rumors surrounding the new Huawei P70 series, though the official release and availability dates are yet to be disclosed.
Pulsestacks noticed that the official video released confirms previous leaks. The Huawei Pura70 series smartphones feature a triangular camera island design on the rear, housing a "one big, two small" camera setup, with the left side accommodating two cameras and a flash in the middle.
Earlier today, tech blogger @TechChatter posted that there are four models of Huawei's Pura series phones listed on the Huawei official website for testing: Pura 70, Pura 70 Pro, Pura 70 Pro+, and Pura 70 Ultra.
Huawei's P series is officially rebranded as the Pura series today. Huawei's Executive Director, CEO of the Consumer Business Group, and Chairman of the Intelligent Automotive Solutions Business Unit, Richard Yu, stated, "The history of the P series is the history of mobile imaging development, as well as the evolution of technological aesthetics."
