On March 15th, reports emerged that Huawei's wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Yingwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., established three new subsidiaries on the 14th, all with Zheng Liying as their legal representative.
These three new companies are Suzhou Yingwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., Nanjing Yingwang Intelligent Travel Technology Co., Ltd., and Dongguan Yingwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., with registered capitals of 50 million CNY, 40 million CNY, and 50 million CNY respectively.
Their business scopes include AI industry application system integration services, AI software development, automotive parts research and development, and manufacturing of intelligent in-car devices.
Previously reported, Shenzhen Yingwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a new company established by Huawei's Car BU in January of this year, wholly owned by Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 1 billion CNY, and its registered address is located in Huawei's headquarters office building.
This company, as the first step in better serving the industry for Huawei's intelligent car business, will integrate the current technology and resources of Huawei's Car BU. Currently wholly owned by Huawei, it will evolve into a technologically open platform with diverse equity participation as more partners join in the future.
