On May 2nd, despite the recent uproar over the Wanjie M7 incident, it doesn't hinder consumers' trust in Huawei. On the first day of the May Day holiday, sales of the entire series exceeded 2700 units.
The sales figures for the Wanjie New M5 are 952 units, while the Wanjie New M7 sold 865 units. Data for the Wanjie M9 and Zhijie S7 have not been disclosed, but there are rumors that the M9 sold around 600 units. Based on this estimation, the Zhijie S7 has the lowest sales, with just over 200 units.
It is evident that the Wanjie New M5 is gaining popularity. This model, launched in April, comes equipped with Huawei ADS 2.0 advanced intelligent driving system, starting at 249,800 yuan, making it the most affordable model with Huawei's intelligent driving technology.
Yesterday, Hongmeng Zhihang announced its sales performance for April, delivering a total of 29,632 vehicles and once again claiming the title of the monthly sales champion among China's new energy vehicle brands.
The WENJIE M9 delivered 13,391 units in the month, ranking first among luxury vehicles priced above 500,000 RMB. With over 70,000 units pre-ordered to date, it has become the sales leader and profit generator for WENJIE and Hongmeng Zhihang.
Meanwhile, the new WENJIE M7 delivered 10,896 units in the month, accumulating 180,000 pre-orders in the six months since its launch, with a total of 133,808 units delivered by April 30.
The newly launched WENJIE M5 made its debut just before the Beijing Auto Show, equipped with Huawei's advanced intelligent driving system across the lineup. Within 24 hours of its launch, it received 4,031 pre-orders and is set to begin mass deliveries this month.
The first vehicle from ZHIJIE, the ZHIJIE S7, was launched on April 11 and delivered a total of 4,546 units in the same month, showing impressive performance as well.
