On March 15th, it was reported by domestic media that Hozon Auto has issued a company-wide "Resident Support Plan," requiring all employees to be stationed at dealership stores to sell cars.
As per Hozon's incentive system, employees who successfully sell cars are eligible for a deal completion bonus, amounting to 3% of the suggested retail price of the sold vehicle, with a maximum reward exceeding 12,000 CNY.
However, those who fail to meet the sales target will face different degrees of wage deductions based on their job levels. The deducted amount is capped at the lowest unit price of Hozon's available car models, with the maximum deduction surpassing 130,000 CNY.
Additionally, it was revealed by an employee that all units within the Hesheng Group and Zhujiang Group system have been included in Hozon Auto's comprehensive marketing scope. With the exception of certain positions, each individual is expected to sell one Hozon car per year as a general principle for 2023.
Hozon Auto currently offers four models for sale: the Hozon A01, Hozon Z03, Hozon 007, and Hozon V09, covering the midsize sedan, compact SUV, midsize SUV, and large MPV markets, with prices ranging from 139,800 to 438,800 CNY.
However, despite its efforts, Hozon Auto's sales figures have not yet reached the mainstream league of new energy vehicle manufacturers. Retail data indicates that Hozon Auto sold a total of 18,559 vehicles in 2023, showing a slight decline compared to the previous year.
