It is bordered to the north by Daming Lake, a scenic spot known for Jinan's "First Spring Under Heaven," connected to Xigeng Road to the south, facing the north gate of Dewangfu, and adjacent to Jinan Confucius Temple.

Records of Qushuiting Street can be traced back to the Northern Wei Dynasty, as documented in the "Water Classic" by Li Daoyuan.

According to media reports, on the first day of the May Day holiday, a total of 516,200 visitors were received at 30 key monitored scenic spots in Jinan, with a year-on-year increase of 55.74%, generating operating revenue of 18.8133 million yuan, a 36% increase compared to the same period last year.

Among them, the "First Spring Under Heaven" scenic spot received 166,000 visitors, a 94% increase year-on-year, while the Qianfo Mountain scenic spot received 29,000 visitors, marking a 20.33% increase compared to the previous year.
