On May 26th, it was announced that the Huawei Enjoy 70S will start pre-sale on May 28th at 10:08. Currently, some offline Huawei authorized stores and digital influencers have unboxed and tried out the Enjoy 70S.
In terms of design, the new device looks almost identical to the Huawei Enjoy 70, with the rear camera module continuing the design of the Huawei P60's koala module. It comes in three color options: Ice Crystal Blue, Snowy White, and Obsidian Black.

Many people are concerned about the processor specifications of the Huawei Enjoy 70S. According to the exposed system interface, the new device will use the Snapdragon 680 processor, the same as the Huawei Enjoy 70 Pro.
The Snapdragon 680 is built on a 6nm process, featuring a CPU architecture with 4 * Kryo 265 2.4GHz big cores + 4 * Kryo 265 small cores, and integrated Adreno 610 GPU.
Moreover, the models currently revealed all come with 8GB of RAM, with the possibility of larger memory versions yet to be confirmed.
The phone sports a 6.75-inch waterdrop display on the front, supporting a 90Hz refresh rate, with a resolution of 1600 * 720, and AOD screen-off display support.
On other aspects, the Huawei Enjoy 70S features a built-in 6000mAh battery with support for 22.5W fast charging. It has a rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel macro lens, while the front camera is 8 megapixels. The phone comes pre-installed with HarmonyOS 4.2.
The new device retains the Enjoy X key, which, when pressed, displays a grid of commonly used apps. Double-clicking or long-pressing the key can directly open applications such as transportation codes, payment codes, flashlight, and calling specific contacts.
Compared to the Enjoy 70, the Enjoy 70S has an upgraded screen refresh rate, ships with the latest HarmonyOS 4.2 out of the box, and features a switch to a Snapdragon processor.
According to a digital blogger, the Enjoy 70S is the first phone in the Huawei Enjoy series to receive the Swiss SGS eye protection certification.
