Though partially obscured by a blue cloth, it's apparent that the motorcycle embodies a retro cruiser style. Combining the available information, it can be inferred that this is Great Wall's in-house developed and manufactured motorcycle equipped with a horizontal opposed eight-cylinder engine!
From the clearer spy shots seen earlier, this motorcycle features a liquid crystal dashboard, an aluminum alloy frame visible from the side, a massive engine, and a visually striking rear tire.
The low-seated position and high-mounted handlebars adhere to the standard cruiser design, while adopting shaft drive, bearing a striking resemblance to the Gold Wing GL1800, boasting a robust and rugged style akin to a roaring beast.
Actually, the notion of Great Wall Motor producing motorcycles isn't just hearsay. In October 2021, there were reports suggesting that Great Wall Motor was poised to acquire Longxin Motorcycle.
By May 2022, news emerged indicating that Great Wall Motor planned to invest in constructing a motorcycle production line in Lianchi District, Baoding, with an investment exceeding 550 million CNY, aiming to achieve an annual output of 10,000 units.
However, there is currently limited available information about this motorcycle. We eagerly await official releases to catch a glimpse of the true essence of this domestically produced high-displacement motorcycle.
