Great Wall Motors' Chairman Wei Jianjun drives for over six hours to personally explain vehicles to customers

On May 3rd, with Xiaomi entering the automotive market and Lei Jun leading a successful marketing campaign, top executives of various car companies have also joined in, participating in marketing and channel development.

Recently, Chairman of Great Wall Motors, Wei Jianjun, released a video announcing the opening of the first company-owned store (Zhengzhou Zhenghongcheng Store). He and his team drove for over six hours from Baoding to Zhengzhou to visit the store.

Inside the company-owned store, Wei Jianjun transformed into a "salesperson," personally explaining the Tank 700 Hi4-T to customers.

Wei Jianjun mentioned that the common impression of a pure off-road vehicle is high fuel consumption. However, this vehicle, being a PHEV plug-in hybrid, can travel 100 kilometers on pure electric power. Considering the 3-meter wheelbase of this large vehicle, its fuel economy performance is quite good.

During the subsequent test drive, Wei Jianjun introduced to customers that the Tank 700 Hi4-T has a non-load-bearing body structure with a chassis beam, significantly reducing road and tire noise transmitted to the interior.

Regardless of how luxurious a car is, even a Rolls-Royce Cullinan, the noise suppression of tire-road surface inside the vehicle is not as good as the Tank 700 Hi4-T.

Wei Jianjun mentioned that their visit was not only to explore the store but also to interact with the car owners.
