As of April 3rd, when it comes to choosing a graphics card, most users tend to lean towards ones offering the best bang for their buck, with the RTX 3060 emerging as one of the top picks.

According to the latest market share statistics released by Steam, NVIDIA graphics cards continue to dominate, with the RTX 3060 being the preferred choice among gamers.

As of March 2024, 78% of players are using NVIDIA graphics cards, followed by 14.64% using AMD cards and 7.24% using Intel cards.

Among the various graphics card options, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 holds the top spot. Since its release in 2021, this product has garnered significant attention and has been offered in multiple different versions.

The market share of the RTX 3060 has reached 6.92%, with the largest increase occurring last month at +0.75%. s_353ee61d9de1447fa7f187e5ee5a3a68.jpg It could be because these GPUs are relatively easy to find in the second-hand market, and we've also seen them being discounted in retail markets worldwide. Coming in second is the RTX 2060 (4.10%), closely followed by the GTX 1650 (4.07%). Last month, Nvidia ceased production of GeForce 16 series GPUs. On other fronts, the market share for the RTX 4060 is 2.59%, RTX 4070 is 2.50%, and the RX 7900 XTX holds a share of 0.34%. In terms of processors, Intel CPUs still dominate with a market share of 68.07%. However, AMD has made significant strides in just a few years, reaching a market share of 31.93% thanks to its powerful Ryzen lineup. s_00db19d650e842e2a94656652ef4cab4.png
