Glory's X16/X14 Plus Laptops Unveiled, Starting at $720: Featuring Ryzen 7 8845HS as Standard

Released on March 18th, in addition to the headline-grabbing MagicBook Pro 16, Glory also announced the release of two slimmer laptops: the Glory Notebook X14 Plus and the Glory Notebook X16 Plus (both without the MagicBook name), which utilize AMD's latest generation mobile platform and prioritize AI. s_cad8aa03bd9e44c69c84bc20d6f8978f.png The Honor Notebook X14/X16 Plus comes with the AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS Processor. It features a 4nm process technology, Zen4 architecture, 8 cores, 16 threads, a maximum clock speed of 5.1GHz, integrated Radeon 780M high-performance core display, and a built-in Ryzen AI engine.

Honor also designed a Magic AI Workstation that supports AI features such as Smart Search, Document Summary, Intelligent Recommendations, and Super Workstation. Of course, it wouldn't be complete without Honor's Interconnection Collaboration technology.

There are two performance release modes: high-power mode at 40W and smart mode at 35W, which can be switched with the Fn+P key.

On the B side is a super-narrow bezel eye protection screen with a 16:10 aspect ratio. The resolution is 2880 x 1800 for the 14-inch model and 2560 x 1600 for the 16-inch model. Both models feature a 120Hz refresh rate and are certified with AMD FreeSync Premium anti-tearing technology. The typical brightness is 430 nits, and the color gamut covers 100% sRGB.
