News on March 6th reveals that, according to domestic media reports, dealers of Geely's LEVC Wing announced that the L380 is set to officially hit the market by the end of March.
The new vehicle will offer options of 3, 6, and 8 seats, equipped with ternary lithium batteries and CTP battery system integration technology, achieving a range of up to 650km. It is expected to be priced around 400,000 CNY, with plans to introduce extended-range and hybrid versions in the future.
Officials have dubbed it the "Land Airbus," setting it up as a direct competitor to the Ideal MEGA, also referred to as the "high-speed train of the highways."
Reportedly, the L380 is the latest MPV model from Geely's LEVC (London Electric Vehicle Company), crafted on the large electric vehicle platform SOA.
Actual photos reveal the L380's straight waistline, smoked windows blending seamlessly with the A, B, C, and D pillars, and a pressed-down roof, giving it a sporty and stylish overall look.
The vehicle is equipped with hidden door handles, has a length of 5316mm, and a wheelbase of 3185mm, placing it squarely in the mid-to-large MPV category, just like the Ideal MEGA.
Without a doubt, in terms of product strength, the Geely Yijing L380 can be said to go head-to-head with the Ideal MEGA, sharing similar design aesthetics and market positioning.
