This type of meat contains a large amount of lymph nodes, fatty tumors, and thyroid glands. Moments ago, the "3.15 Evening Gala" exposed the issue of using unprocessed tank meat by Spring Food Co., Ltd., Anhui Donghui Food Technology Co., Ltd., and Anhui Mr. Kitchen Food Co., Ltd. in the production of preserved pork belly with pickled mustard greens. The local market supervision, public security, and other joint law enforcement teams immediately rushed to the scene. The involved enterprises have been sealed off, and all finished products, semi-finished products, and raw materials on-site have been sealed.

The legal representatives of the involved enterprises have been summoned by the public security organs.
