According to the latest updates, FIMI drones are gearing up to unveil their newest product, the FIMI MINI 3, on April 15th. This highly anticipated release has garnered significant attention due to its impressive performance. Moreover, given FIMI's past affiliation with Xiaomi as part of its ecosystem, it has also piqued the interest of industry observers.
According to reports, the FIMI MINI 3 will feature a 1/2-inch 48MP camera, capable of producing composite 8K time-lapse videos and recording 4K60 FPS videos. Additionally, in terms of flight control, it will support dual-band transmission at 2.4/5.8GHz.
Additionally, the previously released FIMI X8 MINI V2 drone from FIMI weighs approximately 250 grams, boasts a flight time of 29 minutes, and offers a transmission range of up to 9 kilometers. Therefore, the FIMI MINI 3 should also weigh around 250 grams, with potentially stronger battery life, possibly exceeding 30 minutes, and a control range surpassing 9 kilometers.
It's worth noting that Feimi Technology used to be one of Xiaomi's ecosystem companies. However, due to the fact that Xiaomi's associated company, Tianjin Jinxing Entrepreneurship Investment Co., Ltd., has exited the shareholder roster of Feimi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., there's now no significant relationship between Xiaomi and Feimi.
