Notification on the Announcement of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's Science and Technology Innovation Platform List
To the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Departments of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, relevant departments and directly affiliated units of the Ministry, related enterprises, and universities:
In accordance with the "Interim Measures for the Management of Science and Technology Innovation Platforms of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development" (Jian Biao [2024] No. 14) and other relevant regulations, the list of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's science and technology innovation platforms is hereby announced (see attachment).

All relevant construction units should carry out the construction work of the platforms according to the construction plan of the science and technology innovation platform, with a construction period of 3 years. The leading unit should submit an annual construction report of the platform and the work plan for the next year to our department by the end of December each year. Our department will conduct an annual performance evaluation on the construction of the science and technology innovation platforms. After the construction period, an acceptance inspection will be organized.

The housing and urban-rural development authorities in all regions should actively support the construction of science and technology innovation platforms, organize and coordinate the relevant construction units to accelerate the progress of various construction tasks, and provide policy support and other guarantees for the construction and operational management of the platforms.

The plaques for the science and technology innovation platforms will be produced by our department and issued to the leading units, while other participating units will not hang plaques.
