According to Qichacha, Hunan Yundou Technology Co., Ltd. was established in July 2022, with Yuan Shuai as its legal representative. The company has a registered capital of 2 million RMB and its business scope includes the sale of terminal testing equipment, network equipment sales, software development, 5G communication technology services, etc., with Yuan Haiming and Yuan Zhiyong holding 51% and 49% of the shares, respectively.
CloudHero (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd.
CloudHero (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. was established in July 2021, with Wu Guangqun as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1.5 million RMB. Its business scope includes services in 5G communication technology, information system integration, network and information security software development, as well as sales of mobile terminal equipment. According to corporate equity penetration data from QCC, the company is jointly owned by four individuals.
Shenzhen Yun Cheng Future Technology Co., Ltd.
