In response to this, Ctrip's Liang Jianzhang suggested implementing a flexible annual leave system and widely promoting spring and autumn breaks for primary and secondary schools.
Liang Jianzhang believes that implementing a paid leave system for employees will not significantly hinder operations. For students, one to two weeks of vacation will not impede their learning progress.
If spring and autumn breaks can be effectively implemented, they will create two new peaks for tourism while reducing the current congestion during peak holiday periods.
