On March 18th, it was announced that China Automotive Quality Network has officially released the "2023 Annual China New Energy Vehicle Brand Quality Ranking".
In 2023, a total of 35 brands made it to the list of China's automotive brand quality ranking (new energy), with 17 brands scoring above or equal to the average and 18 brands scoring below the average.
Among them, the brands scoring above or equal to the average include E-An, Lantu Automobile, ARCFOX, Zero Run Automobile, Avita, AITO, Skyworth Automobile, Techrules, Nezha Automobile, Ora, Smart, Joint Creation Automobile, Yundu, Tesla, Gaohe Automobile, Jiangling Group New Energy, and Deep Blue Automobile.
The brands scoring below the average include Chery New Energy, Jikey, Geely Geometry, Ideal Automobile, Zhiji Automobile, Feifan Automobile, NIO, BYD, Xiaohu, Polestar, Lingbao Automobile, Punk Automobile, Hengchi, Electric House, Hengrun Automobile, Guojin Automobile, and Tianji Automobile, as well as Xiaopeng Automobile.
It's worth noting that E-An, Lantu Automobile, and ARCFOX occupy the top three positions in the ranking, with minimal differences in quality assessment scores.
According to defect information compiled by the China Automotive Quality Network for the year 2023, these three brands have exhibited relatively low potential defect risks, high reliability, and overall good quality performance throughout the year.
Officials stated that the 2023 China Automotive Brand Quality Ranking (New Energy) relies on the China Automotive Quality Network's complaint big data platform, with reference to guidelines such as the "Guidelines for Automobile Product Safety Risk Assessment and Risk Control" and the "Guidelines for Determining the Serious Safety Performance of Household Automobile Products" issued and implemented by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the National Standardization Administration.
This ranking comprehensively evaluates the five dimensions of complaint faults, defect risks, reliability, safety, and environmental friendliness of various models, and takes into account evaluation data from authoritative research institutions. It aims to determine the 2023 China Automotive Brand Quality Ranking based on principles of objectivity, fairness, and impartiality.
