(April 2, 2024, Beijing) On April 2nd, the "Dream Building, Shaping the Future: Dream Fund's Tenth Anniversary City Tour" officially kicked off at the Beijing Huitong Land Rover Landmark 4S Center. This year marks the tenth anniversary of the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation Jaguar Land Rover China Youth Dream Fund (hereinafter referred to as the "Dream Fund"). At the first stop of the tour in Beijing, Jaguar Land Rover China is opening up to the whole society for the first time, presenting the achievements of the past decade in philanthropy through offline film exhibitions focused on education, social care, and Sino-British cultural exchange, along with many precious and moving visual memories. Over the past decade, Jaguar Land Rover China has invested over 100 million CNY in the Dream Fund, benefiting nearly 700,000 Chinese youth. At the same time, Jaguar Land Rover China has also set up "Dream Building Corners" in its dealer stores for the first time, featuring permanent exhibitions on corporate social responsibility and cultural and creative peripherals, integrating philanthropy into daily life. In the future, the tour will continue to visit dealer stores nationwide, calling on more partners to join the ranks of philanthropy, expanding Jaguar Land Rover's philanthropic ecosystem, and creating a more compassionate new modern luxury brand.

The Dream Fund's 10th-anniversary film exhibition interprets Jaguar Land Rover's philanthropic concept of "igniting dreams" - not only providing material assistance to children but also inspiring them with dreams in public welfare, and helping them grow over a longer period. This exhibition also presents the most touching and precious images of the Dream Fund over the past decade, including visually impaired children seeing their fathers' faces for the first time, children celebrating Children's Day at Hope Primary School for the first time, and young footballers chasing their dreams on the green field. Jaguar Land Rover hopes to use the visual experience provided by the images to allow more compassionate individuals to enter the children's hearts, see their dreams, and spread the power of philanthropy to more people's hearts.
After the formal conclusion of the exhibition, the showcased content will be streamlined and permanently displayed as valuable assets at the "Dream Corner" within the store, telling the story of the Dream Fund to all visitors to the store. In addition, the "Dream Corner" will also exhibit CSR-themed creative products. These products are inspired by the drawings of children from Hope Elementary School in their daily classroom activities. After secondary creation, they will be sold for charity, with all proceeds going towards supporting school-related development, innovatively aiding in the sustainable operation of public welfare.

Adolescents are at a crucial stage of physical, mental, and self-awareness development, and their healthy growth is vital to the hopes of the nation and the future of the country. Over the past decade, Jaguar Land Rover has been deeply committed, taking responsibility to heart, shouldering it physically, and fulfilling it in action. Leveraging the Dream Fund, the focus has been on three major areas: education, social care, and Sino-British cultural exchange, accompanying the dream journey of Chinese teenagers. In the field of education, the Yunnan Zhaotong Hope Primary School Project has provided educational opportunities for 6,500 children from 32 villages in the region. Since 2016, Jaguar Land Rover has partnered with the educational NGO "Teach For China" to carry out the "Dream Classroom" teaching support project. More than 30 volunteer teachers have been sent to the schools, reducing the student-teacher ratio from 1:40 to 1:19. With a comprehensive approach, the school's academic performance has risen from the bottom five in the town to the top five.

In the field of social care, the Youth Vision Care Project has left its mark in nine provinces including Yunnan, Xinjiang, Guizhou, Sichuan, Ningxia, Gansu, Jiangxi, Qinghai, and Inner Mongolia. With a total investment of 30 million RMB, the project has provided free vision screenings for over 290,000 children. It is the earliest-initiated, widest-covered, and most beneficial public welfare project of the Dream Fund. Adhering to the philanthropic principle of "teaching a man to fish," the project not only offers vision screenings, corrective training, and surgical treatments to children across different regions but also donates ophthalmic medical equipment to grassroots hospitals and collaborates with fellow hospitals to provide professional ophthalmic skills training for local doctors. By synchronously enhancing the hardware and software capabilities of ophthalmic medical care in the assisted areas, the project aims to achieve sustained improvement in the vision health of young people.
Teen Vision Care Project
In the realm of Sino-British cultural exchange, the Jaguar Tottenham Hotspur Campus Football Project conducts annual Sino-British football cultural exchange trips. Through a "three-in-one" training model, it brings internationally validated youth training concepts and football skills to young players and grassroots sports teachers in China. Benefiting over 160,000 teachers and students in cities such as Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Shanghai, Xi'an, Nanjing, and Shenzhen, the project also provides over 200 outstanding young players with the opportunity to train in the UK. By strengthening cultural exchange between China and Britain, it promotes sportsmanship and inspires more and more Chinese teenagers.
