The host asked: "There's a very popular drama recently called 'My Aletai.' After watching this drama, many people may still crave a leisurely life. What kind of concept do you advocate for your employees?"
In response, Dong Mingzhu said, "You can submit your resignation, go relax, no problem. I think it's your choice."
"Like me, I haven't taken a break for over thirty years. Do you think I've lost out or made the wrong choice? For me personally, I feel very happy, so happiness doesn't have a standard; it comes from within you."
She mentioned that in this era, everyone talks about respecting labor laws, working 5 days a week and resting 2 days, but one should know how many people have never rested, not just me.
She also gave an example, saying that everyone says young people nowadays are lying flat, but have your young friends around you really chosen to lie flat? If not, it proves that the majority are not lying flat.
In fact, you only live once, and so-called success comes from giving more. The more you give, the greater the chance of success. Without giving, without the struggle, you won't feel happiness.
When asked, "Do you think 35 is a turning point? Many recruitments may no longer hire people over 35," Dong Mingzhu replied, "If no one hires you, you can start your own business."
