On April 9th, it was announced that if your previously purchased medicine or health products have expired, don't rush to throw them away – you can get them exchanged for free!

To celebrate the "8th Anniversary of Buying Medicine on JD," JD has launched a significant initiative called the "Expired Free Exchange" service.

This service covers a variety of products including medicine, health supplements, nutritional products, as well as pet medicine and pet health products.

If you see the "Expired Free Exchange" label on the product details page, you have the opportunity to benefit from this service. s_9f67c2265e584c80abf954707f2828c0.png Participating in the "Free Exchange" service is simple, just remember these two steps:

  1. Before placing an order, identify the "Expired Free Exchange" label to confirm if the product is eligible for a "Free Exchange" in the future.

  2. For products eligible for the "Free Exchange" service, contact JD.com customer service from the order page. If the product is expired and unopened, users can promptly contact JD.com customer service, provide order information, product photos, product batch codes, and other relevant credentials as guided by the customer service. After verification, users can sit back and wait for the free replacement product to be delivered.

Here are some reminders for the "Expired Free Exchange" service:

  • Quantity Limit: Each user can exchange up to 10 new items (item refers to the smallest sales unit) per year.

  • Frequency Limit: Each user can exchange a new item once according to the rules; unlimited exchanges are not supported.

  • Handling of Out of Stock/Discontinued Items: Users can choose other self-operated products of the same type or with the same generic name, with a total amount not exceeding the original order amount, for replacement. s_994ddcc57dac4a41b2d257f4ad8b4fdf.jpg
