Dimensity 9300+ to Debut Next Week: Global Premiere of vivo X100S

On May 1st, it was announced that the Dimensity 9300+ will officially debut on May 7th (next Tuesday), making its first appearance in the vivo X100S series.

According to the teaser poster released by MediaTek, the Dimensity 9300+ features a full large core architecture design, with a focus on boosting the X4 super core frequency from 3.25GHz in the Dimensity 9300 to 3.4GHz. The CPU configuration consists of 1x Cortex X4 3.4GHz + 3x Cortex X4 2.85GHz + 4x Cortex-A720 2.0GHz, along with the integrated Immortalis-G720 MC12 GPU. s_a4dc2e2ab34a402d80ea20e77dd2f36f.jpg According to the benchmark scores shared by Vivo product manager Han Boxiao, the Vivo X100s equipped with the Dimensity 9300+ processor scored 2,305,267 points in the AnTuTu V10 test, and achieved 2,313 for single-core and 7,743 for multi-core in Geekbench 6.

Comparatively, this is the only smartphone chip in the Android camp to surpass 2.3 million points, showcasing exceptional performance.

Furthermore, promotional materials indicate that the Dimensity 9300+ focuses on AI. Previously, the Dimensity 9300 already integrated MediaTek's seventh-generation AI processor APU 790, significantly enhancing integer and floating-point operations performance while reducing power consumption.
