Apple 2030 is Apple's ambitious goal to achieve carbon neutrality across its entire value chain by 2030. At the core of this objective is a 75% reduction in emissions from 2015 levels. Since 2015, Apple has already reduced its total greenhouse gas emissions by over 55%. This milestone signifies significant progress in the journey towards the Apple 2030 goal.

Apple is striving to achieve net zero emissions for its overall carbon footprint by focusing on areas such as recycling and renewable materials, clean energy, and low-carbon logistics. Apple continues to develop various technologies, such as the dismantling robot Daisy, which can now disassemble 29 models of iPhones into 15 independent components; and the recycling robots Dave and Taz, which are currently deployed at a recycling partner's facility in China. According to Apple, in 2023, the company recycled nearly 40,000 tons of electronic materials.
