According to the latest data from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, the number of public charging piles from January to April 2024 increased by 250,000 compared to the end of 2023, with a year-on-year growth rate of 10%.

With an average monthly increase of over 60,000 in 2024, the number has now surpassed 3 million. s_b36f02f325a54484bc39057233aff633.png In Guangzhou, there are 575,600 public charging piles, accounting for nearly 1/5 of the total.

However, from January to April 2024, the number of public charging piles in Guangdong only increased by 12,000, a sharp drop of 80% in growth rate, indicating that the local public charging pile construction has reached saturation.

Beijing is facing a similar situation, with 134,000 public charging piles. This year saw an increase of 5,000, showing a large scale of development that is still steadily growing. s_af86185070b642ed82c1a2b3a8dedeb2.jpg
