On April 17th, Hytera, China's leading walkie-talkie enterprise, announced that the appeal results regarding the injunction on its products have been released.

The court has decided to suspend the enforcement of the product injunction and fines imposed by the first-instance court on the company. Hytera will work closely with its global partners to immediately resume normal business activities and initiate the sales of related products.

Currently, the case is still in the appeal stage, and the company will take further measures to continue its efforts to overturn the relevant injunctions.

Hytera also stated that although the court has suspended the injunction and fines, there is still some uncertainty regarding the future progress of the case, and the company will fulfill its disclosure obligations in a timely manner. Previously, Haier announced on its official website: "According to the orders of the U.S. court, until further notice, Haier is not allowed to sell any products containing walkie-talkie technology anywhere in the world."

According to the judgment documents of the U.S. court, before complying with the relevant counter-injunction, Haier must cease the sale of products containing two-way radio communication technology worldwide.

Additionally, they must pay a daily fine of $1 million to the court and are prohibited from executing or relying on the judgment made by the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court in related cases.
