On March 16th, according to a notice from Jiangxi Public Security, the Xingjiang Public Security Sub-Bureau in Yingtan recently received a report. A netizen named Xiao allegedly posted a short video on a certain video platform claiming that "traffic police can cheat in drunk driving tests."

Upon investigation, it was found that the drunk driving test conducted by the traffic police in the short video was part of normal law enforcement procedures, and there was no issue of "cheating" involved. The information shared by Xiao was deemed to be a rumor.

Xiao admitted that on the day of the incident, while on the way home, they encountered traffic police handling an accident. Xiao approached, observed, and filmed a short video segment. s_8a260de527c447428093cb23a584a766.png Although the specifics of the situation are unclear, a video was posted on a certain short video platform with the caption "It's possible to cheat on drunk driving tests by traffic police" in order to garner likes and views.

The Xingjiang Public Security Sub-Bureau lawfully imposed a three-day administrative detention on Mr. Xiao.
