On April 9, Bilibili (referred to as B站) released its "2023 Environmental, Social, and Governance Report" (ESG Report), detailing the value creation in community, industry, and societal aspects over the past year. The report underscores Bilibili's commitment to sustainable development through community governance, creator empowerment, social responsibility, and environmental protection.

In his address, Bilibili's Chairman and CEO, Chen Rui, stated, "Bilibili's mission is to enrich the daily lives of China's young generation and actively contribute to societal development.
