According to pulsestacks on April 16, the BenQ RD240Q 24-inch 2K monitor is now available in the Chinese market. This monitor is dubbed as the "world's first eye-care screen for software engineers" and is said to be tailored specifically for programming scenarios. It is priced at 3099 RMB.
The monitor features a 2560x1600 resolution 60Hz IPS LCD panel with a static contrast ratio of 1000:1 and a response time of 5ms. It covers 95% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and incorporates an anti-glare design. Additionally, it comes equipped with "Light Intelligence 2.0" functionality, which includes an ambient light sensor for adjusting screen brightness according to changes in the surrounding environment.
In addition, BenQ has developed an exclusive Coding mode for this monitor, ensuring clear text and increasing the distinguishability of easily confused characters (such as 9, q, g).
