The products certified by this competition will be listed on the national network platform of China Post and will also be available for sale in more than 20 offline outlets of Huairou Post.

To deeply explore and promote local characteristic cuisine and spread culinary culture, the Huairou District simultaneously launched the "Huairou Food Map" collection activity on the same day.

Scope of collection: First, it should have local characteristics. Some ingredients are sourced from Huairou, reflecting the local cultural imprint, carrying Huairou's food stories, and having regional, cultural, and representative characteristics. Second, it should have a rich variety. Projects include but are not limited to local dishes, local snacks, creative cuisines, and other categories.

From mid-April to mid-May, food will be collected through recommendations from local authorities and departments, targeted invitations to catering companies, and wide-ranging social solicitation. From mid-May to the end of August, the Huairou District Cultural and Tourism Bureau will regularly conduct training, salons, and other activities, organize judges to explore Huairou's cuisine firsthand, and preliminarily determine the list of selections. In early September, photos and videos of selected food will be taken or collected to produce the "Huairou Food Map." At the end of September, offline activities will be conducted to announce the results and provide certification marks.

Furthermore, it is understood that the foods awarded the "Huairou Food Map" certification mark will be made into hand-drawn versions of the food map, embedded in the "Huairou Comprehensive Tourism Digital Map" for promotion and publicity.
