On May 10th, Avita Technology's President, Chen Zhuo, recently announced on his personal Weibo that the company's third vehicle model has been officially named Avita 07.
The new car is planned to be available in two power versions: extended-range and pure electric. It will be equipped with CATL's lithium iron phosphate batteries and an advanced LiDAR system.
According to earlier reports, the Avita 07 is expected to be officially launched in the third quarter of this year.
From the exposed spy photos, it can be seen that the Avita 07 continues the brand's family design language, with the front face and headlight design consistent with existing models, especially its iconic "C" shaped daytime running light strip.
The rear of the new car adopts a conventional rear window design, distinguishing it from the Avita brand's unique no-tailgate style.
Official spy photos also reveal that the extended-range model has an intake grille at the lower bumper, while the pure electric model features a closed design at this location, this detail difference helps differentiate between the two powertrain versions of the car.
The rooftop-mounted periscope-style LiDAR on the Avita 07 hints at the inclusion of more advanced driver assistance features. In terms of size, the Avita 07 will be positioned below the current Avita 11, with a body length exceeding 4.8 meters and a wheelbase of over 2.9 meters. Compared to the Avita 11's 4880mm length and 2975mm wheelbase, the Avita 07 will offer a more spacious interior.
In terms of powertrain, the Avita 07 will offer two versions: pure electric and extended-range, marking the first introduction of an extended-range model by Avita.
The new vehicle will be equipped with a new generation of lithium iron phosphate superchargeable batteries provided by CATL, but detailed information such as power parameters and range has not been officially disclosed yet.
