On March 14th, ASUS announced the rollout of their latest ExpertBook B9 OLED laptop, crafted from premium magnesium-lithium alloy, tipping the scales at merely 990 grams.
Reportedly, the new laptop has undergone rigorous durability tests, meeting the MIL-STD 810H certification. It also features advanced security functions such as a fingerprint sensor, TPM 2.0, and a physical webcam shield, ensuring seamless daily operation and user data protection.
In terms of performance, the Asus ExpertBook B9 offers the option for the Intel Core i7 150U processor, featuring 10 cores and 12 threads with a maximum turbo frequency of 5.4 GHz, and it comes equipped with Xe integrated graphics.
The display is a 14-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 2880x1800, boasting a peak brightness of 400 nits, and covering 100% of the DCI-P3 and sRGB color gamuts.
Additionally, it supports up to 32GB of LPDDR5x-7500 memory, with the M.2 slot supporting PCIe 4.0 SSDs up to 2TB. It features connectivity options including Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3, along with a built-in 63Wh battery and a 65W USB Type-C power adapter.
For ports, it offers dual Thunderbolt 4, 1 USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A, 1 HDMI 2.1, 1 mini HDMI to RJ45 Ethernet port, and a 3.5mm audio jack, along with a user-facing 1080P IR webcam.
