Since the launch of Vision Pro, Apple has been collecting feedback from users, but this week the company has started sending out surveys. We have received several reports from Vision Pro users who have been asked to share their thoughts on the device.
The current survey is lengthy and in-depth, also involving other devices owned by each respondent.
As the volume of Vision Pro survey reports increases, there are reports indicating a waning interest in this headgear. Last weekend, Bloomberg's Mark Gurman stated that customer curiosity about Vision Pro is diminishing, with a "significant drop" in demand for demonstrations at retail stores. In some places, demonstrations and sales have decreased from "several units a day to only a few units a week."
Users of Vision Pro headsets also report a decline in usage, using them only once or twice a week instead of daily. Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo stated on Tuesday that Apple is reducing the planned shipments of Apple Vision Pro, indicating a "sharp drop in demand in the U.S., beyond expectations."
Kuo believes that Apple needs to address issues such as the lack of key applications, pricing, and comfort without compromising the user experience for Vision Pro to ultimately succeed.
