AI Features
Today, the #iPhone or Install ChatGPT# topic has hit the trending charts. Reports from Sina Hotspot indicate that Apple is nearing an agreement with OpenAI to integrate ChatGPT into the iPhone.
Reports suggest that Apple will incorporate ChatGPT functionality in iOS 18 and has also been in negotiations with Google regarding licensing their Gemini chatbot.
Based on past leaks, although Apple has been developing its own large language model, it is unlikely to reach a similar level to current mainstream products in the short term.
This means that in the upcoming iOS 18, Apple is expected to incorporate products from other major language model companies.
At the same time, Siri voice assistant is set to receive an upgrade in iOS 18.
According to sources, Apple is expected to showcase its advancements in artificial intelligence at the upcoming annual developer conference next month. Apple will unveil an enhanced Siri, which is said to be more conversational and versatile.
The underlying technology of Siri will include a new generative artificial intelligence system. This will enable Siri to engage in continuous conversations rather than answering one question at a time.

Apple is said to be introducing a voice memo feature in the iOS 18 system, allowing iPhone users to directly record audio content and embed it into notes.
Previously, iPhone users had to open the Voice Memos app and then copy and paste into the Notes app, but with the iOS 18 system, this step can be skipped.
The latest leak reveals that iOS 18 will introduce new audio transcription features in the Voice Memos and Notes apps, with support for transcribing recorded audio in both apps.
Additionally, the Notes app will offer AI-generated summaries of recorded audio highlights.
Furthermore, aside from iOS, the Notes app in macOS will also support these features.
iOS 18 will come with Safari Browser Assistant, introducing features like "Smart Search" and "Web Eraser".
Reportedly, Apple is planning to add a redesigned control menu in the Safari address bar. One of the new tools is "Smart Search".
This tool will be able to identify topics and keywords on webpages and generate webpage summaries.
The "Web Eraser" feature allows users to remove specific parts of a webpage, such as ads, images, and more.
Changes made using the "Web Eraser" will persist. When users revisit a modified webpage, Safari will remind them that the page has been adjusted according to their previous modifications and offer a restore option to revert the page to its original state.
Interface Customization
iOS 18 will introduce a more customizable home screen with increased flexibility.
Reportedly, iOS 18 will allow users to place app icons anywhere on the home screen grid. This means users can create spaces, columns, and rows between app icons.
