On April 14th, according to reports, Apple is planning to introduce a series of AI features, including chatbots, to the iPhone in the second half of this year in order to boost sales.

It is understood that Apple plans to adopt Google's Gemini in the new iOS to provide chatbots, while Apple will also introduce its own AI engine, mainly for behind-the-scenes work.

According to the latest data from market research firms, Apple sold a total of 17.41 million iPhones in February this year, accounting for 18% of global smartphone shipments.

This sales figure is lower than Samsung Electronics' 19.69 million units, so Apple seems to be hoping to surpass Samsung again through AI.

Earlier, Apple's marketing chief, Joswiak, said that Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) this year would be "absolutely incredible," hinting at major AI announcements. s_78fc727da8f44557a4ca64bb219ab887.jpg
