On March 7th, Ming-Chi Kuo, an analyst renowned for his insights into Apple, stated that Apple is expected to equip a 20.3-inch foldable screen MacBook by 2027.

Kuo mentioned that he has been asked multiple times recently whether Apple plans to mass-produce a foldable iPhone or iPad in 2025 or 2026. His latest findings indicate:

"Apple's only foldable product with a clear development schedule currently is the MacBook, featuring around a 20.3-inch display and anticipated for mass production in 2027."

According to previous reports from DigiTimes, as the project progresses, Apple is currently deciding on the design of its first foldable device but will not follow the trend of inward folding seen in Android foldable phones.

DigiTimes stated that Apple has been developing its first foldable product for at least five years. This foldable device will be a "larger device," not an iPhone, but rather a tablet or laptop.

Just the other day, Apple unexpectedly released a new product in China, unveiling the all-new MacBook Air with upgraded M3 chips in both 13-inch and 15-inch sizes, starting at a price of 8999 CNY.

The new models maintain consistency in both appearance and configuration compared to their predecessors, with the only change being the upgrade to M3 chips, making it the most powerful Air laptop in Apple's history and the industry's first thin and light laptop with a 3nm chip.

The only aspect criticized by netizens is the perpetually unchanged 8GB of RAM as the starting point, jokingly referred to as "memory more expensive than gold" by some. a2bd1a5c-04f1-42eb-9c46-2a2b7d36c045.png
