On March 18th, vivo mobile officially announced that the annual foldable flagship, the vivo X Fold3 series, will be unveiled on March 26th at 19:00.
vivo's Vice President and General Manager of Brand and Product Strategy, Jia Jingdong, recently revealed the actual photos of the vivo X Fold3 foldable screen device.
The vivo X Fold3 will come in at least two colors: black and white. It features a large circular camera module at the back, with three lenses and a prominent Zeiss logo beside them. The hinge supports multiple angles of hovering.
Jia Jingdong stated that the phone also brings back the superb imaging capabilities of the vivo X100 series. It boasts powerful Zeiss T* lenses, a 50-megapixel primary camera for folding, the strongest periscope telephoto lens for folding, and vivo's industry-leading self-developed V3 imaging chip, claiming to be the "Image Thanos in the Folding Screen Era".
According to leaks, the standard version of the vivo X Fold3 is expected to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 mobile platform, with a 6.53-inch outer display boasting a resolution of 2748x1172 pixels and an 8.03-inch inner display with a resolution of 2480x2200 pixels.
The Pro version features the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen3 mobile platform, with an external screen size of 6.53 inches and a resolution of 2748×1172. Its internal screen measures 8.03 inches with a resolution of 2480×2200.
Additionally, while the standard version supports 80W wired charging, the Pro version boasts 120W wired charging and 50W wireless flash charging.
