Announcement on the Results of Online Initial Evaluation for General Projects of the 2022 Hunan Science and Technology Awards
The online initial evaluation of the 2022 Hunan Science and Technology Awards has been completed. As per the requirements set forth in the "Hunan Provincial Regulations on Science and Technology Awards" and its detailed rules, the 135 provincial natural science awards, 29 provincial technical invention awards (general projects), 251 provincial science and technology progress awards (general projects), and 2 provincial science and technology innovation team awards that passed the online initial evaluation are hereby announced. Projects that receive no objection or those whose objections were addressed and meet the required criteria will proceed to the industry conference evaluation stage.
In accordance with Article 23 of the "Hunan Provincial Regulations on Science and Technology Awards," the "Provincial Science and Technology Outstanding Contribution Award" and the "Provincial International Science and Technology Cooperation Award" will not undergo the initial evaluation stage and are not included in this announcement.
The announcement period is from March 21, 2024, to April 3, 2024 (10 working days). During this period, any entity or individual with objections regarding the shortlisted projects' innovation, advancement, practicality, authenticity of supporting materials, or project leaders, participating entities, and their order of appearance may submit their concerns to the Provincial Department of Science and Technology through letters or phone calls. All concerns must be factual, specific, and supported by verifiable evidence or leads. Entities submitting objections should clearly state their contact information and affix their official seal on the original documents. Individuals submitting objections should sign their full names and provide their contact information on the objection materials. Anonymous objections, objections without clear evidence or verifiable information, or objections received after the announcement period will not be accepted.
