After careful consideration, it is proposed to recommend the following comrades to the Provincial Association for Science and Technology as nominees for the 18th China Youth Science and Technology Award: Zhao Zhisheng from Yanshan University, Liu Zhijian from North China Electric Power University (Baoding), Li Hao from Hebei University of Technology, and Ji Hongchao from North China University of Science and Technology.
