On March 13th, at the "South by Southwest" conference, the host interviewed Lisa Su, CEO of AMD, who self-assessed as an ambitious pragmatist.

"I enjoy getting things done. I like stepping into the lab, seeing the latest and greatest developments, and spending time with our customers and partners," added Su.
With the rapid advancement of AI, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang recently claimed that even if competitors like AMD offered their products for free, they couldn't beat NVIDIA.
However, in reality, the AMD MI300 series has still managed to attract a large number of users. This generation's MI300X has seen a significant performance leap, boasting 2.4 times more memory capacity than the H100, 1.6 times higher bandwidth, and 1.3 times higher FP8 and FP16 floating-point performance.
According to an independent survey by TensorWave, about 50% of respondents expressed confidence in the AMD MI300X GPU. They cited its superior cost-effectiveness compared to the NVIDIA H100 series and ample supply, avoiding price hikes due to shortages.
