Microsoft Surface Pro 10 and Surface Laptop 6 Set to Launch This Month, Matching MacBook Pro Performance!

According to reports from overseas media on March 6th, Microsoft is gearing up to unveil new hardware in the form of Surface Pro and Surface Laptop later this month. These devices are expected to offer performance and efficiency on par with the iPad Pro and MacBook Pro.

Additionally, these devices will mark Microsoft's initial foray into AI-powered PCs, supporting special AI features set to be released with Windows 11 later this year. These devices will be among the first to feature Intel Core Ultra processors and Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite processors, along with the latest Neural Processing Units (NPUs).

Furthermore, both devices will offer Intel and ARM versions, marking the first time the Surface Laptop lineup introduces an ARM version.

Insiders suggest that the new chips will bring significant performance and efficiency improvements to the new Surface Pro and Surface Laptop models, potentially achieving all-day battery life and strong performance. Meanwhile, the Surface Laptop 6 will see noticeable changes in its exterior design, including narrower display bezels, rounded corners, a new touchpad, a dedicated "Copilot" key, and new ports. The Surface Pro 10 and Surface Laptop 6 are expected to be shipped in two waves. The first wave, starting in April, will include only the Intel models, followed by the Arm versions later in June, expected to feature a custom version of the Snapdragon X Elite processor.
