March 16 news, the CCTV 315 Evening Gala exposed the dark and gray industry chain of mainboard machines, which utilizes old mobile phone motherboards to produce "mainboard machines" for creating internet troll farms, even randomly changing IPs to evade supervision.

Manufacturers claim their product can assemble 20 mobile phone motherboards into a single mainboard machine case, creating a device that can control 20 phones.

By stacking these together, it's possible to build a network matrix of thousands of phones. With such devices, one could manipulate games, post volumes, online voting, etc.

The mainboard machine companies exposed on 315 are Hunan Yundou Technology Co., Ltd., Yunjixia (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Yun Cheng Future Technology Co., Ltd.

Regarding Hunan Yundou Technology Co., Ltd., the Rucheng County Market Supervision Administration of Hunan swiftly deployed overnight, forming a joint law enforcement team with the local police and other departments to conduct a surprise inspection of the exposed business.

Law enforcement officers sealed 28 computer hosts, 24 monitors, 54 mobile phones, and 103 boxes of unopened mainboard machines on the spot. After securing the relevant evidence, further investigations will follow. Currently, the company's responsible person is unreachable, and the police department is actively searching.

The other two companies (Yunjixia and Yun Cheng Future) located in Shenzhen, right after the 315 broadcast, local law enforcement immediately organized officers to investigate the involved businesses in Bao'an and Pingshan.

Upon inspection, the equipment exposed from these two businesses did not have telecommunications terminal access permission. Their actions are suspected of telecom fraud, in violation of laws and regulations such as the Anti-Telecom and Internet Fraud Law. Law enforcement officers have sealed and taken evidence from the involved company's equipment, with further investigations ongoing.
