Applicants must log in to the "National Public Overseas Study Management Information Platform" (https://sa.csc.edu.cn/student) from March 10-31 (Batch 1) or October 8-18 (Batch 2) in 2024 for online registration. They should upload the required application materials as specified. Each acceptance unit should submit the official recommendation letter, list of recommending personnel, and applicant's electronic materials through the information platform to the Commission by April 12 (Batch 1) or October 31 (Batch 2), without the need for physical documents.
