News from March 2nd, the official HarmonyOS Smart Mobility account announced today that since its launch in 2022, the Atron M5 series has accumulated more than 120,000 deliveries.
Additionally, it ranked first in the 2023 Quality Ranking of New Energy Mid-Size SUVs, receiving widespread acclaim from users.
Starting today, the Atron M5 series introduces a limited-time purchase offer.
The official announcement also revealed a new trailer, indicating that the Wenjie M5 Smart Drive version is set to receive configuration updates, with deliveries expected to start in May. There are currently no update plans for the standard version of the Wenjie M5.
It's reported that the Wenjie M5 Smart Drive version was launched in mid-April last year, available in both extended-range and pure electric versions.
At launch, the pricing was set at 278,900 CNY for the extended-range rear-wheel drive Smart Drive version, and 299,800 CNY for the all-wheel drive version; the pure electric rear-wheel drive Smart Drive version was priced at 289,800 CNY, with the all-wheel drive version at 309,800 CNY.
The Intelligent Drive version primarily enhances the driving assistance features compared to the standard version. It includes the HUAWEI ADS 2.0 smart driving system, along with a hardware setup consisting of 1 LiDAR, 3 millimeter-wave radars, 11 cameras, and 12 ultrasonic radars, enabling 360° full coverage and all-weather perception with a maximum detection distance of 200m.
It's expected that the new model will see further improvements in comfort features and driving assistance. There might also be room for a price reduction, which is something to look forward to.
