On March 1st, following Alibaba Cloud's announcement of its "biggest ever" price reduction on February 29th, JD Cloud declared the commencement of a price comparison campaign targeting specific cloud service providers, effective today (March 1st).

JD Cloud stated, "Bring it on, compare until the end! We continue to compare prices across the entire network! Breaking through the lowest price! Another 10% off," and promised a "price match guarantee."

According to the campaign details, JD Cloud's core products will continue to participate in the network-wide price comparison, including computing, storage, networking, and other services, catering to customers' full range of cloud service needs. During the event, Liu Weiguang, Senior Vice President of Alibaba Cloud Intelligence Group and President of the Public Cloud Business Unit, announced that Alibaba Cloud is undergoing its largest-ever price reduction, with over 100 cloud products seeing a direct 20% price cut on the official website.

This marks the most significant price reduction in the history of Alibaba Cloud, affecting over 100 products and more than 500 product specifications, covering all core products including computing, storage, and databases. Millions of new and existing customers will directly benefit from this price reduction.

Liu Weiguang outlined that this price reduction entails "two mosts and one first": the most products involved (with the broadest coverage), the widest range of beneficiary user groups, and the first time both new and existing users will enjoy the benefits together.

He further emphasized that this price reduction is genuine, without any gimmicks. Prices are directly reduced on the official website, applicable to all customers. There are no thresholds or purchase limits, and no additional restrictions; both new and existing customers are treated equally.
