According to information from the China Enforcement Information Disclosure Website, the enforcing court is the Nanshan District People's Court of Shenzhen City.
Wang Ziru, the founder and CEO of the well-known domestic technology self-media Zealer, later joined Gree and is currently regarded as a "star" employee at Gree. Before the New Year, he even appeared on a talk show with Dong Mingzhu.
According to reports from domestic media, Gree Electric Appliances responded to the matter, stating that they are currently verifying the situation.
A staff member of the Nanshan District Court in Shenzhen stated, "This is a dispute involving the company."
Currently, among the three companies associated with Wang Ziru, only Shenzhen Yuechen Car Beauty Co., Ltd. remains in existence. He holds a 30% stake in the company and serves as a supervisor.
Wang Ziru, in a previous TV appearance, mentioned that he had never looked at the salary slips provided by Gree. When he first joined the company, the only request he made was to have an office closer to Dong Mingzhu's so that he could report to her anytime. He felt that other things were not as important.
