On February 26th, Tank 700Hi4-T was officially launched this evening, offering three models with prices ranging from 428,000 to 700,000 RMB.
Among them, the Tank 700 Hi4-T Limited Edition, priced at 700,000 RMB, was previously unveiled at the Guangzhou Auto Show, while the main focus of this launch is on the standard edition.
The Tank 700Hi4-T stands out from other models in the Tank brand with its robust appearance, rugged lines, and prominent mech-style design, even sporting a touch of wide-body modification.
The front grille maintains the lineage of the Great Wall Tank family, with a highly raised front end concealing a 3.0T V6 engine under the hood. Equipped with a drive motor assembly, the Tank 700 Hi4-T is set to become the first domestically produced 3.0T V6 hybrid hardcore off-road vehicle.
The interior of the new car features an overall dark red theme, with suede material used above the roofline and waistline pillars, while the center console and auxiliary instrument panel are equipped with silver aluminum trim.
The display includes a floating large screen and a digital instrument cluster, with the iconic tank-style physical buttons also present.
In terms of seating, all seats in the vehicle feature heating, ventilation, and massage functions. The seat heating offers 9 adjustable levels, while ventilation and massage provide 3 adjustable levels.
The dimensions of the new car have reached 5090 (5113) * 2061 * 1952 millimeters, with a wheelbase of 3000 millimeters, positioning it as a mid-to-large-sized SUV.
The rear of the vehicle features a side-opening tailgate, retaining the iconic elements of an off-road vehicle. The tailgate also hosts a "spare tire backpack," preserving the distinctive feature of the tank family.
The Tank 700 Hi4-T high-spec model will come equipped with an electronically disconnectable stabilizer bar, which can increase the vehicle's suspension rebound travel by 60 millimeters during extreme off-roading or recovery situations. Additionally, the battery is installed within the frame to ensure its safety during off-road adventures.
In terms of power, it features a 3.0T V6 turbocharged engine with a maximum power output of 265 kilowatts. It also incorporates a P2 electric motor, resulting in a combined vehicle power of 385 kW and a torque of up to 850 N·m.
