On February 26th, photos of the uncamouflaged new Tesla Model 3 Performance Edition were officially unveiled online.
Reportedly, the car is likely to be named the Model 3 Ludicrous and is expected to hit the market and be released later in 2024.
From the image, it's evident that the front end of the new car still features a closed-off grille design. The updated headlights with the addition of black sport accents below further enhance the car's sporty appeal.
From the side profile, the new car retains the design cues of the standard model, with clean door panels complemented by 20-inch wheels, further enhancing the vehicle's sporty appeal.
Moving to the rear, the new car will feature a small black rear spoiler, while the taillights adopt a smoked black style.
The new car retains the dual-motor all-wheel-drive system, boasting a maximum power of 534 horsepower and an estimated 0-100km/h acceleration time of around 3.3 seconds. It's expected to have a range of over 500 kilometers. Additionally, compared to the current Model 3 Performance, the trunk of the new car now features the iconic Plaid insignia at the bottom right corner, further emphasizing its high-performance identity.
