Lotus Successfully Listed on NASDAQ: Plans to Launch Two More Electric Vehicles in the Next Two Year

On February 25th, according to official sources from Lotus Cars, Lotus Technology aims to achieve a 100% electric vehicle product lineup by 2027 and plans to launch two more electric models within the next two years.

Currently, Lotus has four models on the market, including the all-electric hypercar Evija, the fuel-powered hypercar Emira, the all-electric SUV Eletre, and the all-electric sedan Emeya. The Evija, priced at a staggering 21.88 million CNY, has yet to be delivered.

Feng Qingfeng, CEO of Lotus Group, stated that Lotus Technology's products, such as Eletre, the all-electric SUV, will soon enter countries or markets like Malaysia, the Middle East, Australia/New Zealand, and Japan in the first half of 2024. In the second half of the year, they will enter markets such as the United States and South Korea.

It is worth noting that on February 23rd, Lotus held a bell-ringing ceremony at the NASDAQ stock exchange in New York, officially becoming a publicly listed company.

As one of the Chinese automakers listed overseas this year, the company's opening stock price was $17.99 per share, with the stock code "LOT." On the day of trading, the stock closed at $13.8, with a total market value of $9.294 billion, approximately 66.9 billion CNY.

In conclusion, Lotus officials stated that being listed on NASDAQ will inject strong momentum into the development of new-generation automotive technology for Lotus Technology.
