They thought the newlyweds would love it, but their expectations were completely shattered.
The guy expressed, "I was a bit overwhelmed at first, but then found it quite hilarious. I'm really grateful to my parents. I understand they were anxious about my wedding, but ultimately, there will always be differences in aesthetics between generations."
What's even more interesting is that the guy decided to return everything and ended up returning many unnecessary items. He contacted several courier companies and found out that the cheapest option would cost several thousand CNY ($500 or more) for shipping all of it. It's quite painful.
