According to reports from February 23rd by Fast Technology, the Xiaomi Bluetooth Speaker is now available for purchase, starting at ¥499.
It is reported that the Xiaomi Bluetooth Speaker features a flagship 5-unit acoustic configuration. The acoustic architecture is claimed to be "developed specifically for outdoor scenarios," utilizing a combination of dual high-frequency units and a track-type mid-low frequency unit, supporting 360° omnidirectional sound output.
At the same time, the Xiaomi Bluetooth speaker boasts a total power output of up to 40W, with a volume reaching 93dB. It supports Bluetooth 5.3 and LHDC music playback.
With the Harman AudioEFX audio software tuning, it can deliver clearer and more balanced sound effects. It features upgraded Xiaomi proprietary audio algorithms, allowing for adaptation and storage of individual listening preferences through audio preference tests, known as "Xiaomi Audio ID."
The Xiaomi Bluetooth speaker comes with various built-in audio styles, which can be switched using the Mi Home app. Additionally, you can manually adjust the frequency response curve to enhance or attenuate the sound.
On the smart side, this speaker integrates with Xiaomi's Xiaoai AIoT ecosystem, allowing deep integration with Xiaomi's Xiaoai OS mobile operating system. It supports NFC touch connectivity, simultaneous connection with two smartphones (for source switching), and RGB ambient light strip color adjustment via the Mi Home app.
Moreover, it boasts IP67 dust and water resistance rating, with a durable fabric body suitable for outdoor use, offering resistance to wear and scratches. With its built-in 4800mAh battery, it provides up to 17 hours of playback on a full charge, supports Type-C 22.5W fast charging, and can also serve as a power bank for emergency use.
In other aspects, two Xiaomi Bluetooth speakers can be paired for stereo sound, and they can be daisy-chained with Xiaomi Bluetooth speakers Mini, with a maximum of up to 8 units in a chain.
